With a robust background in business process analysis, IT strategy, and the implementation of large-scale digital initiatives, I have led and contributed to various high-impact projects across the Europe, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa regions (Romania, Moldova, North Macedonia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Georgia, Madagascar, Uganda, Jordan, and Iraq). As a Certified Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master and TOGAF-certified enterprise architect, I combine strategic foresight with deep technical acumen in software technologies, AI/ML, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
