Dr.Muwanga is a recognized leader and influencer in global health and international development. He has been in senior leadership in global health International Development for over 18 years. He places a strong emphasis on providing technical assistance aimed at strengthening capacity of Africa policy makers to influence global health policy discussions, effective responses and sustainable financing. Strengthening health systems and the respective communities through South-to-South Collaboration and horizontal learning and sharing. Looking into alternative health-financing models in addition to creating efficiencies within the planning and implementation of health service delivery.
