My roles included; guiding, coaching and mentoring technical Advisors; tracking program quality and standards, tracking project implementation, coordination of project reporting, donor compliance and accountability, representing the project in relevant stakeholder meetings, participation in senior management to coordinate the project, and staff performance management.

In my previous professional assignments, I worked as a Program Officer for the Danish Church Aid Great Lakes Regional Office where I managed the Rights based reproductive health and HIV/AIDS program in Uganda and Tanzania. I worked as Program Specialist for the New Partners Initiative under John Snow Inc. (JSI). In this position I delivered technical and organizational capacity development assistance to PEPFAR/USAID funded partners across East and Southern Africa to implement HIV/AIDS and OVC programs supporting six partners.
