Matthew is a Senior Management professional and Public Health specialist who has spent the past decade designing and managing projects, with a focus on Health system strengthening, health economics, health financing including health insurance, RBF/PBF, maternal, newborn, child health, SRHR, HIV/AIDS, Assistive technology including eye health, digital health/data analytics and Community health. Matthew combines Humanitarian experience with long term Development work. He has overseen the transition of weak/fragile health systems into resilient, strong and functioning health systems. He has more than a decade of experience in senior Management. He has worked on large humanitarian/refugee programs, strengthened use of Data for decision making in countries, OVC programs, Integrated Child and Youth Development, Health/ Nutrition programs, WASH, Livelihoods/ Agriculture, climate change, conservation, GBV, Community health activities, Improving Education outcomes, and Cash transfer/vouchers.
