Gabriela Ordoñez

With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I have worked with public and private sector institutions in Honduras, managing various HR processes such as recruitment, contracts, disciplinary actions, manuals, onboarding, payroll, training, and more. I have a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, a Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. For the last three years, I have focused on recruitment, where I have outlined a career path having worked with SaaS companies, and, more recently, in International Development with donor funded projects, mainly USAID. As an International Recruiter at Creative Associates International, I work doing proposal recruitment for COPs, DCOPs and other Key Personnel having recruited candidates in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East and Eurasia.
