20 years professional experience in the environment and development sector, I ensured first rank position in managing project and reporting to several donors like the USAID, IFC, IDA, EU and IDRC, UN System during the last 20 years. I have experience also from different type of organization and system. I have started my career with an International NGO, then pass to the UN System and the World Bank System, before Joining Private Company doing social business and getting back to International NGO. Skilled and experienced in Organizational and Institutional Development, I have been called several times to provide assistance in building capacity of National CSO and some body parts of Government to ensure their sustainability. Since 6 Years now, I'm Heading the Fundraising and Partnerships Department for an International NGO.
