Specialize in monitoring & evaluation, quality assurance, survey design & management, third party validation, designing and executing M&E system, report writing, qualitative and quantitative research, DQA (data quality assessment), context/need assessment, preparing TOR/SOW, managing third party consulting firms and Peer Review of Reports. Additionally, possess experience of documenting lesson learnt and converting them into knowledge products and dissemination to different stakeholders. Have strong knowledge and practice of using mixed research methods, database management, data visualization and integration of gender, marginalization, protection and other cross cutting themes into MEAL.
