Irene Lorete is a Social Development and Public Health Specialist with 20 years’ international experience in technical support, and in the design, management and appraisal of development programs in Southeast and South Asia. She has held long and short-term positions as technical manager, as well as in program formulation, administration and evaluations for integrated nutrition, budget support, rural development, sexual and reproductive health, harm reduction, basic education, social protection, health financing, and governance strengthening. This includes work for bilateral and multilateral donor agencies as well as the private sector, INGOs and private management contractors.
