I have experience of working for various governments, and several of the donor agencies like USAID, DFID, GIZ, EC, ADB, WB, UNDP, UNICEF, NOVIB, INGOs on education and management projects in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Eritrea, Rwanda, Gambia, Malawi and Azerbaijan. Worked on education policy and planning, educational management, EMIS, opinion surveys, TVET, skill surveys, teacher training, HRD,ECE/ECD training and evaluation, public administration reforms, restructuring and reorganization, monitoring and evaluation, institutional development and capacity building, capacity needs assessment, work standards development and performance improvement programmes. I have carried out independently training courses and workshops for the different clienteles in the public and private sector. I have conducted quantitative and qualitative research in the different areas of social sciences.
