• Holder of a Masters degree in Public Health, Dental Science, with Fellowships from the Nigerian and West African College of Surgeons with more than 35 years of experience in delivering technical, managerial and administrative leadership in health development sector; • Specialized in Pediatric Dentistry with strong background in Public Health and Dental Public Health. Thorough knowledge and understanding of computer modelling and projections and health systems strengthening; • Highly experienced in all aspects of project cycle management, with over 15 years of experience in program design, monitoring and evaluation, policy implementation, strategic planning and research; • Broad experience as a project/ program director of large-scale donor funded projects and organizations such as USAID, DFID, Global Fund and CDC; • Extensive experience with donor community and government officials, civil society leaders, and NGOs. Working relationships with key stakeholders in the National Parliament, the FMOH and other ministries, as well as with State Governors; • Vast country experience in Nigeria and Botswana, particularly focusing on building strong relationships at the national, state, and local level in Nigeria in both the public and private sectors. Strong credentials around managing Public-Private Partnerships; Additional field experience in all SADC, EAC and ECOWAS anglophone countries. • Excellent inter-personal, communication and facilitation, presentation, networking, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills, sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to work effectively in a multicultural/multinational environment, consideration of different stakeholders' interests.
