I am an accomplished professional proposal manager, a trained AP style writer and editor, and have excellent oral and written communications skills. I am also Shipley certified in Writing Winning Proposals, Managing Winning Proposals, Business Development, and Capture Management, and have certificates in MS Project and Developing Winning Cost Proposals. Additionally, I have Masters-level training in knowledge management, as well as extensive hands-on experience using corporate knowledge management and business development tools. I have more than 22 years of experience writing proposals and 17 years of experience managing proposals for the U.S Federal Government, both Civil and Defense, as well as state, local and commercial customers. I have worked alone on proposals, and have managed proposal teams of 100+ members with opportunity values ranging from less than $100K to 500+M. Additionally, I have managed as many as 40+direct reports. I am an insightful manager, a diligent worker, and a strong leader.
