Has worked for over twenty (20) years in various capacities in national and international engineering companies, NGOs and government agencies. Conducted different materials testing of soil, concrete and asphalt both on field and laboratories in the Philippines, Libya, Pakistan, Eritrea, Algeria and South Sudan. Managed/coordinated the implementation of community infrastructures and housing projects in Afghanistan and Sri Lanka, respectively.
