Kevin is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has an honours degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh, with significant experience in public sector audit in the UK and overseas. He has developed specific expertise in supreme audit institution (SAI) capacity development projects and was recently the Deputy Team Leader on an, award winning, DFID funded project in support of the Audit Service Sierra Leone. He has also worked with SAIs in The Gambia, Tuvalu, Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Turkey, Belize and Palestine as well as in the UK. In addition, Kevin was the Team Leader on a recent project with responsibility for managing fiduciary and safeguarding reviews of the FCDO Ugandan aid portfolio.
