I have over 15 years experience in management of development programs that promote economic growth in global agriculture, climate change and biodiversity conservation by creating sustainable and social impact on small-scale agriculture. I have specialized skills in soil health management and capacity building, climate resilient practices, water security and quality, technology innovations (Soil Diagnostic System -SoilDoc(TM)) and market systems development for gender and youth inclusion. I have held positions in leadership and managerial responsibilities that involved development of policies and strategies and establishing partnerships with various institutions and government. I have been awarded several grants and fellowships by USAID, Norman Borlaug, BMGF among others.
