I am a highly qualified Construction Program Manager. I have experience in both the private and public sectors; in both U.S. domestic and international arenas. My specialty is health infrastructure program management in developing countries. My strengths are my years of experience allowing me to forecast project outcomes, combined with an untiring dedication toward a successful project. I am currently managing the U.S. Department of State/INL construction program in Haiti.
