I am a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter. I am a research, measurement, and evaluation professional with 25 years of work experience, including relevant monitoring and evaluation experience working with development partners in West Africa. I have 15 years of USAID-related work experience spanning six USAID-funded projects, where I gained experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating program and project interventions for projects in Ghana. I also have over 10 years of experience leading capacity-building activities in research monitoring and evaluation. Over the past 25 years, I have forged enduring contacts with networks of research and evaluation professionals, government officials, and NGOs in Ghana and other West African countries. I hold a M.Sc. degree in Agricultural Economics, a B.Sc. in Economics, and a Diploma in Statistics. I also have a teacher's certificate. I am awaiting a PhD defense in agricultural sciences. I have excellent skills in statistical analysis software such as SPSS and STATA, among others. I also have qualitative data analysis skills, including the use of qualitative data analysis software (NVivo).
