Rebecca H. Jeudin

Rebecca Jeudin is an experienced monitoring, evaluation, learning, research, and adaptation (MERLA) advisor with a strong track record in advising multimillion-dollar projects for USAID and other donors. Her expertise spans various sectors, including education, youth workforce, health, food security and agriculture, and she has worked in diverse regions such as Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Ms. Jeudin is skilled in developing comprehensive MEL systems that effectively capture project performance, results, and learning. She has a proven ability to deliver routine data reports, conduct assessments and evaluations, and build local capacity in monitoring and evaluation. As a researcher, she has designed and executed numerous studies, including Gender Assessments, Rapid Risk Education Analysis, and Randomized Control Trial, Quasi-experimental studies and Geospatial mapping studies. Her research focuses on positive youth development, early grade education outcomes, and resilience in conflict and crisis settings. Ms. Jeudin's research findings have made a significant impact in her field, with published reports and peer-reviewed journal articles contributing to the knowledge base in her areas of expertise. She holds an M.A. in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Spelman College. Fluent in both French and Haitian Creole, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work.
