For more than 16 years, Mr. Iroegbu has occupied leadership positions implementing Resilience, Development and Humanitarian/Relief projects in conflict and post-conflict regions. He is currently working with the USAID Resilience through Agriculture in South Sudan (RASS) Activity implemented by DAI Global LLC in South Sudan as the CLA/MEL Director. As one of the Key Personnel (KP) and a member of the senior management team (SMT), he is responsible for 6 units; Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), Communications, Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA), Social Behaviour Change (SBC), Gender Equality, Youth and Social Inclusion (GEYSI), and, Knowledge Management & Organizational Learning (KMOL) providing strategic direction for the team on the $29 Million portfolio comprising of 3 major USAID contracts (a) RASS Activity, (b) Ukraine Supplemental Fund and (c) Private Sector Productivity Fund(PSP) .
