I am an experienced MERL expert with MCC, USAID, DoS, DOD, DFID, UN, World Bank experience as well as experience working with NGO's ,corporations and trade associations on social impact. My recent work is with USDA on adaptive management protocols for foreign assistance, leading a USAID evaluation in Yemen and working with technology providers in developing program design and M&E protocols for blockchain and data science efforts.
