Nathaniel Munetsi

An Infrastructure Development Specialist with extensive experience in Project Preparation and Infrastructure Finance. Nathaniel has worked on diverse social and economic infrastructure projects, involved at various stages of the development life cycle, including Project Identification, Feasibility Studies, Structuring, Evaluation, Procurement, Commercial and Financial Close. Well versed with different project financing instruments and mechanisms for both on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet (alternative finance) infrastructure development, including Public-Private Partnerships (“PPPs”) and Project Finance for Provincial Municipal infrastructure projects. Nathaniel has regional experience, working for a Multilateral Development Finance Institution – the European Investment Bank (EIB), covering Southern Africa and Indian Ocean. A holder of a Master’s degree in Business Leadership, Honours in Finance and Banking and a Diploma in Financial Management. He is a Certified PPP Professional (APMG International) and has attended various training workshops on Project Finance, Corporate Finance and PPPs.
