I am an agricultural and rural enterprise development specialist with three decades of progressive work experience with for profit and not-for-profit organizations. My career focus has been in agronomy, participatory research and extension, Value chains, and market system development, inclusive microfinance and capacity development of agricultural value chain actors, especially smallholderfarmers. I leverage partnership and technology to achieve scale and sustainable impact. My passion is to support smallholder farmers to organise, improve their capacities to build own thriving agri-business and rural enterprises, connect with their value chains to maximise returns on their investments and to advocate for themselves. I have led large teams to implement complex agricultural projects with evident impact.
