I worked in four sides of International Development Assistance (IDA): As an IDA project counterpart, IDA agency staff (USAID, JICA), national consultant (several ADB, TACIS projects.) and IDA implementer (several). My areas of expertise include project management (backstopping) and implementation, Agriculture, microfinance, SME, internal audit, banking & bank supervision. I am certified microfinance & SME finance expert and attended numerous USAID training, former USAID COR/AOR. I am well familiar with Central Asia & Caucasus and also backstopped Pakistan and West African projects. I have an MBA from Germany and a Master's from France. I am fluent in French, Russian, English, and Uzbek.
