Pamela Sequeira

Ms. Sequeira is a public health, monitoring and evaluation, research and learning professional who is able to execute complex tasks with precision and efficiency under pressure. She is a good communicator, creative thinker, and an effective and compassionate team leader and team member with the ability to manage and work with teams in challenging situations. She has 20 years of work experience with Save the Children, donors (FCDO, CIDA, DFAT, USAID) the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and public health management and consulting organisations, John Snow Inc. (JSI), Mott MacDonald and Integrity Research and Consultancy Ltd. She has extensive experience in planning, designing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating health systems, health management information systems, RMNCH, Family Planning, Nutrition, humanitarian response, primary education and Governance projects and programmes. She has technically led and managed a number of assessments and formative and impact evaluations and surveys for public health sector, humanitarian crisis, as well as governance and NGO projects which comprised using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She has experience in developing, improving, and implementing health information systems (DHIS, LHW-MIS, MNCH-MIS, LMIS, EPI-MIS and Nutrition-MIS) and performance monitoring systems using updated technologies - web based and android.
