Currently I am a Regional Finance Support with Conservation Internatioanl (CI). Prior joint CI, I worked as Chief of Party of VEGA/IESC implement Capacity Building of Cambodia’s Local Organizations (CBCLO) program. I have over 17 years of experience working on a diverse array of development projects funded by multi-donors stakeholder organizations including USAID, AUSAID and the World Bank. I bring extensive experience working with private companies, local and international NGOs and bilateral program in the field of agriculture, health, land administration, and development sector to address the managerial, financial, procurement, and administrative requirements of grant management, including compliance with USAID rules and regulations. I specializes in operational, organizational management, project implementation, and HR development. I have been applying my expertise and skill to organizations to improve their internal control system as well as helping to build up their capacity and knowledge.
