Rich Mason brings fifteen years of experience in all aspects of USAID M&E systems, including work as both a resident advisor and short-term consultant. My field experience includes: program monitoring; PMP development; evaluation; and M&E capacity strengthening at the project, local, host government and USAID Mission-level. I currently work in Liberia building governmental performance monitoring systems for USAID-GEMS.
