I have demonstrated proficiency in programme formulation and development and resource mobilization. I have worked in humanitarian responses and conflict-prone areas and have experience with inter-sector coordination, conflict/social cohesion assessments, and developing conflict prevention strategies and programming. I have experience in policy advice, development planning, and research. Before I joined the development sector as a volunteer in 2002, I worked for 18 years in project and human resource management in the maritime industry.
