I have more than 30 years of professional experience, 16 of which in active service with Albanian Customs Administration. My key expertise is related with Customs Management and Customs Reform administration; Customs capacity building consultancy, Customs Law and Trans-border Crime Enforcement; Integrated Border Management , border infrastructure modernization, and trade facilitation. I have a long experience in drafting Technical Assistance Programmes on Customs modernization and trade facilitation area, including customs IT projects. I am fully familiar with Customs international standards (i.e. WCO/UNCTAD/UNECE standards on customs and trade facilitation), including the EU Customs Blueprints, where I participated in the drafting of those standards), etc. My experience also includes successful consultancy delivery under several UN/EU/WB/USAID funded projects in several countries.
