I have a strong educational background and am a Masters in Business Administration (PGDM) with specialization in Finance and am also a professionally qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). I have extensive 23 years of experience of working in the developmental sector of which 13+years are in senior management positions. I have a unique combination of professional qualification and developmental sector work experience having worked with the private organization, local NGOs, international NGOs, foundation and donor organization. This experience provides me an edge over others and gives me enough confidence to take up any challenging job in the field. I was instrumental in putting financial management, grant management, contracting, personnel management and administrative systems in place for smooth functioning of various projects in different organizations.
