As a passionate leader in international agribusiness, rural transformation, and sustainable development, I offer over 20 years of hands-on experience designing, managing, and evaluating projects across Egypt and the MENA region. My professional journey connects field expertise in agricultural extension, irrigation, and socio-economic research with capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and policy impact. I have led transformative initiatives with organizations such as JICA (Japan), UNDP (UN), EcoConServ (Egypt), GIZ (Germany), NSCE (Egypt), USAID (USA), Dexis Consulting Group (USA), FAO (UN), and IFAD (UN). My work spans strategic project management, evaluation studies, needs assessments, Farmer Field Schools, and capacity building, focusing on water management, poverty reduction, climate change adaptation, and gender integration. A dedicated academic, I hold a PhD and MSc in Agricultural Extension, author impactful research on smallholder farmers, and lecture at university and post-graduate levels—combining analytical rigor with practical solutions.
