I am an international development professional with over 25 years experience. I have managed large project components worth several million dollars. I am likewise an experienced project designer, M&E specialist, and evaluator. I have been responsible for a number of successful “tech” centered projects such as Morocco’s version of “Devex” (tanmia.ma), online for over 10 years thanks to the NGO I helped to found and develop. I have led numerous performance evaluations of USAID, UN, and other international donor programs and contributed to youth, education, workforce development, labor rights and economic growth projects. I am hard working, a creative thinker and an enthusiastic learner. Based in Rabat, Morocco, I have performed short term consultancies in South and Southeast Asia, North and Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean.
