I have over 20 years of experience in operations, administration, accounting and financial management of local and international NGOs. I oversaw the financial, operational, and human resource aspects of multiple donor-funded projects. I have experience in developing and managing multi-million-dollar complex budgets, financial reporting and staff mentoring & coaching. I have managed both USAID and CDC Multi-year projects funded through USG cooperative agreements and contracts in Botswana and Eswatini.
