I am an international development specialist with more than 25 years' program management experience gained while working for various local and international NGOs. I possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation of Agriculture, Food Systems, livelihoods and Resilience building projects, Anticipatory Action, women and youth empowerment interventions including cash transfers, Participatory Market Systems Development interventions and climate smart agricultural practices, access to finance as well as the production and consumption of safe and nutritious food. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading large and complex multi stakeholder and multi donor programs, delivering results, managing cross-functional teams and effectively managing budgets also in consortium settings. Hands on experience implementing and managing program activities, ensuring quality and effective implementation and achievement of program objectives, and liaising with key stakeholders and harmonizing monitoring approaches, developing common indicators, tools and databases across consortium members/multiple partners.
