Public Health background with diverse experience in the field of sexual and reproductive health and adolescent sexual reproductive health and rights programs while developing, implementing and managing programs for capacity building for in-house and external client organizations. Skills and competence are built in the areas of training program management; training needs assessment; training proposals/module & curriculum development and delivery of training; developing & managing SRHR training programs; training monitoring & evaluation; public-private partnership, networking with government, donor, DPs and national & international organizations and income generating programs. Experienced in developing annual capacity development plan for more than 2000 staff of Marie Stopes Bangladesh (MSB) and monitoring training program of around 5000 staff at Surjer Hashi Network. Negotiates with GoB, national and international training institutes to design tailor-made training programmes for the staff of different tiers as per requirement. Also maintaining a large training database that provides a source for dissemination of staff development trends.
