Summary

Ms. Tanya Hurst has eight years of international development experience providing monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) support on USAID-funded projects within the areas of youth, enterprise development, access to financing, gender, and health. She has managed and supported performance evaluation as well as baseline and endline assessments. In addition, she has experience developing and managing performance management plans, results and logical frameworks, performance indicators and MEL systems for USAID, Department of State and MCC programs. She also experience applying USAID’s collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA) framework into cross-sectoral programming. Ms. Hurst has worked extensively throughout Africa and the MENA and LAC regions supporting programs in Cote d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Ghana, Honduras, Jordan, Lesotho, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Somaliland, South Africa, Tunisia, Uganda and Ukraine. Ms. Hurst holds an MA in International Development, with a specialization in international human rights law, from the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies.
