More than 20 years of high-level experience in the public and private sectors. Throughout my career, I focused on economic development and impact investments, governance reform and business integrity, being engaged in different cross-country and cross-cultural projects and managing teams in government and international organizations. Strong background in managing teams and projects in government and international organizations. Broad expertise in the financial sector, sustainable infrastructure and economic development. I was appointed as a Deputy Business Ombudsman by the Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine in April 2015. In this position, I assist the Business Ombudsman with team management and high-level policy dialogue with national and international institutions regarding improving business environment areas where local and international companies face problematic issues. Besides, I advise the governments of Moldova and Central Asian countries on governance and investment climate, building capacity of the business protection institutions in this region being repeatedly involved by the EBRD, OECD, OSCE, and UN. In 2020 President of the Italian Republic decorated me Cavaliere dell'Ordine della Stella d'Italia for my support in the activities carried out over a few years within the G7 Ambassadors Group for reforms, providing a constant contribution in terms of expertise on improving the country's business environment.
