Competences: Social scientist with 23 years of experience in social development initiatives. My key skills include strategic planning, program/project implementation, operational research, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building (institutions and individuals), ressources mobilisation, leadership/governance, communication for developmentent, community empowerment/ownership. I am a practicing psychotherapist.

Experience: I have worked on social sectors such as (1) health (Disease control--Oncho,HIV, Malaria, TB, Trachoma, leprosis...--; System strengthening;Civil society reinforcement); (2)education (student performance enhancement, student evaluation and promotion system...); (3)water and sanitation (boreholes, household/habitat hygiene including waste and stool management); (4)Social/Women affairs (Access to basic social services for unprivileged children and indigenous Baka/Pygmees; promotion microloans for business stability and autonomy among female petit traders...). I have travelled to, and worked in different continents, countries and communities down to enclaved communities.
