His experience in project start-up, financial and administrative systems, staff training and communication as well as office management have proven essential to his success in project management. Whether it has been through regional management of country program offices or through project-specific management, in all these instances Mr. Noble was responsible for client communication, timeliness and quality of project deliverables, project and contract management, human resources management, cost control, and financial reporting.
