I am a senior expert in project and program implementation and formulation since 1995. I have worked in desks and field positions predominantly in Africa since 1999, as diplomat with the EU, as NGO director and head of program, and as international consultant delivering technical assistance. My skills have an added value in the fields of program management, good governance, access to justice, rural development, support to vulnerable livelihoods, ecosystem conservation, food security, capacity building of CSOs and LAs. I can also account for noticeable achievements in humanitarian relief and management of grant schemes. I am a trainer and senior consultant in project writing.
