Tori is an experienced public health professional with 10+ years working with international non-governmental organizations, charities, and foundations. She has management-level experience, including experience designing, developing, and implementing health strategies/approaches for organizations. Throughout her career she has gained experience in project design and management, monitoring & evaluation, grant writing, research, policy, and partnership development. This includes working alongside Ministries of Health and contributing to national policies and guidelines as related to disease surveillance, laboratory diagnostics, and human resources for health. She has also successfully secured over $10 million USD in grant funding for a wide range of projects (e.g. gender, health, emergency response, etc.) from donors such as FCDO, GIZ, USAID, foundations, and UN agencies. Tori holds a Master of Public Health, Global Health and Master of Public Administration, Health Policy and Management from New York University (NYU) and has a particular interest in health policy and health systems financing.
