I have 18 years of relevant qualifications, experience, skills, and expertise in the essential areas. My current association is with IPE Global and working as Senior M&E Expert, challenges me every day to not only ensure high-quality of process, outcome, and impact evaluations but also lead in programmatic monitoring and MIS management to produce evidence based output and outcomes of the programs and learning.
I have an experience with expertise in Program Designing, Planning, Implementation, Training, M&E, sample estimation and designing, Dissemination and Scale-up of Public Health and Nutrition Programs. Capacity Building, MIS Development, Data Management & Quality Assurance, Liaising, Coordination, Advocacy are my key strengths. I have distinctive interest in Research and Operations Research in the area of Health, Nutrition, Education, and Livelihood.

I worked with national and international, institutes and organizations of repute such as International Institute for population science Mumbai, UNICEF – New Delhi, Population Council, CARE India, Govt. of Gujarat etc. to mention a few.
v Developed Three Health programs, implemented, evaluated, and scaled-up
v Developed Concept notes and proposals on key public health issues and submitted to principal Secretary of Haryana
v Developed two policy documents and conducted two research study for policy change/modifications
v Developed and implemented M&E system for ChildFund India
v I had involved in national level research and operations research studies in India such as National Family Health Survey – II (NFHS), Multi Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS), and District level household survey (DHLS).

All the above mentioned ORs have been accepted by Govt. of Gujarat, Govt. of India, and UNFPA-India and these programs have been adopted and implemented in other states of India. I have taken a lead role in completing four operations research studies, of which two were large scale studies.

Currently I am heading M&E and Public Health Planning divisions and supervision 10 consultants and supporting staffs in HSHRC, Haryana. Till date, I have completed six research studies by the requirement of Principal Secretary Health to Govt. of Haryana.
