Support preparation of website updates, including adding and editing accredited organizations, uploading documents to the repository, and editing contents of civil society webpages.
Support registration processes for various meetings, including maintaining the list of participants.
Develop and conduct a series of client satisfaction surveys, including analysis and feedback, especially for the Committee of Permanent Representatives.
Draft accreditation memos for organizations that have submitted accreditation requests for review.
Support effective communications with accredited UNEP Major Groups and Stakeholders in line with UN mandates and guidelines.
Support day-to-day management of internal Major Groups and Stakeholders databases.
Perform other tasks as requested.
Qualifications/Special Skills
Undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Cyber Security.
Must meet one of the following:
Enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
Enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent).
Have graduated with a university degree.
Languages
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Knowledge of an additional official UN language is an advantage.
