Over the last 22 years I have gained valuable knowledge and experience as a seasoned Operations Director in the field of development consulting. 16 of those years with Chemonics International a development consulting firm based in Washington DC, with the last 7 years in Kenya as an Operations Director, New Business Field Director (project start-up, close out and NB, assignments in East and Southern Africa) and Human Resources Specialist on several large, USAID funded multi-million dollar Regional and Kenya projects. I also represented the East and Southern Africa Region and the Global Health Department in new business development and have 5 years of experience working with non-profit organizations. Specifically, Aga Khan Education Service, Tanzania and the Africa Leadership Initiative, East Africa (ALI EA) in Tanzania where I had extensive experience reporting to a Board of Directors.
