Additional experience consulting for governments and the private sector, with hands on senior management experience conducting business and/or implementing Economic Development programs in Africa, Latin America, US, Europe, China and other Asian and Oceania countries. As the senior project coordinator in China for Mission Foods was responsible for all M&A activity, Investments, as well as setting up operations and construction of a major manufacturing facility. Significant transaction expertise and analytical skills on all aspects of financial markets, with relevant experience in Corporate Finance (M&A, valuation, finance) and in-depth knowledge of banking, treasury operations, capital markets, asset management and risk management. Deep understanding of international financial market regulations, listing requirements, settlement, clearance and general compliance rules across the equity, insurance and pension fund sectors. Considerable experience working at the highest level, with multinational supervisory authorities (OECD, AIOS), governments, central banks, other NGOs and financial institutions. In this role as market supervisor, has had the opportunity to make considerable contributions to the development and growth of the financial market (including SME financial inclusion, microcredit, house financing and mortgage) in a key time during its development. Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills together with hands-on attention to detail in preparation of written reports and financial models as well as an extensive network of contacts, in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
