I am a Degree holder of Master Science in Global Community Development from Southern Adventist University based at Tennessee, USA and I have Bachelor’s Degree in Management with an Information Technology (BITAM) awarded from National University of Rwanda in the Faculty of Economic and Management, Department of Management, Information Technology application in Management Option in 2008. I have experience of more than 10 years working with INGOs with managerial position of projects; programmes; teams and resources where I worked as an Acting Regional Programs Manager and an Area Development Programs Manager in world vision Rwanda, Overall Economic Strengthening and Food Security Officer and National wide and Province level in USAID funded project in partnership with African Evangelistic Enterprises, etc. Furthermore, I have worked with a number of partners, organizations and stakeholders such as local NGOs, International NGOs like world vision International, USAID, WFP, SIDA, One UN
