• 5 years’ experience as country representative; • 11 years' experience of full cycle project management (intelligent design, implementation, MEAL) • Experience of leading multicultural teams of over 50 people, including remote management of field offices. • Successful fundraising track record for multi-million dollar development projects; • Experienced in supportive partnership management and capacity building of CSOs • Comfortable in both English (mother tongue) and French.
