• Over 20 years experience in development work working with national government agencies, local government units, civil society groups, and communities to build individual, collective and organisational capacities, create sustainable livelihood, protect the environment, and empower women and the youth • Over 10 years experience in designing and implementing gender-responsive and socially inclusive programs across various development sectors in the Philippines and Southeast Asia • 8 years experience empowering young people through environmental education programs and experiential learning focused on biodiversity and marine conservation • 7 years experience in sustainability initiatives including green economy, circular economy, zero waste, and solid waste management that engages civil society, grassroots organizations, and local communities • Excellent project management and communication skills • Excellent command of English • Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog), Hiligaynon and Cebuano
