I bring over two decades of experience in the development sector, with a focus on disaster risk management, women’s economic empowerment, education, and poverty reduction. Currently, I serve as Lead Consultant for the Risk Governance Framework (RGF) Project in Sindh, where I work to strengthen disaster risk reduction systems, enhance the outreach of Disaster MIS Dashboard for evidence-based decision-making, improve institutional performance, and promote meaningful community engagement. My expertise includes fostering strategic partnerships at national, provincial, and grassroots levels—connecting government institutions, NGOs, and local communities for greater impact. I also specialize in financial planning for public and non-profit organizations, effective program implementation, and leadership development. Over the years, I’ve trained 500+ professionals, mobilized more than PKR 5 billion in funding, and led initiatives that have expanded access to rural education and advanced sustainable community development.
