Led the technical and commercial due diligence effort. ● Developed the concept note and business model for integrating commercially viable solar hybrid mini-grid into InfraCredit's green affordable housing portfolio. ● Structured a joint venture hybrid energy solution (solar/bio/grid) for a 54-housing unit estate. ● Structured a $7.8m National Housing Fund (NHF) backed affordable housing project for a real estate development and infrastructure company. Drove engagement across commercial, technical, and partnership to ensure value from the investment. ● Structured and secured a 15-year concession to finance, upgrade, and operate a $12m state-owned international conference center. Developed and implemented an asset operating model that grew revenue from NGN8m to NGN83m within the first year of operation. ● Transaction engagement lead for the feasibility study of a Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) in Nigeria. Advised on value chain analysis, project implementation, transaction strategy, and mainstreaming of climate resilience.
