UN-Habitat Official: Urban Planners Must be ‘More Specialized’

To manage exponential growth, cities in the developing world need specialized planners with good knowledge of the local contexts, according to Cecilia Martínez Leal, head of U.N.-Habitat’s regional office for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Antoine Remise
