About the Proposal
The Pacific Australia Skills is a development assistance program funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by DT Global. It provides a range of support services to DFAT and Technical Advisers deployed to work in Timor-Leste.
The Timor-Leste National Institute for Workforce Development (INDMO) requires a high-quality accessible website to enable its Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) regulatory and quality assurance functions, its engagement and information sharing with target audiences about its purpose and programs, and its promotion of the Timorese TVET sector through activities and events such as Skills competitions and conferences.
Pacific Australia Skills wishes to engage a qualified company with demonstrated expertise and experience to work in Timor-Leste with INDMO, and remotely, to redesign and enhance the INDMO public website.
